    PROPERTIES
    PERFECT WHITE
    SMIG A-2 is white in color, both in the form of wet mortar and finished finish coat.
    ELASTIC AND CRACK RESISTANT
    After drying and setting ŚMIG A-2 is highly elastic and resistant to cracking. NOTE: The product achieves stability of structure, elasticity and proper adhesion only after complete drying and setting.
    ECONOMICAL AND EASY TO USE
    Smoothing coat ŚMIG A-2 is designed for an immediate use just after opening the packaging. You can stop working at any time by carefully closing the bucket. After reopening the bucket, the finish coat can be used again. SMIG A-2 should be applied straight from the bucket, without any preparatory actions. It significantly increases the comfort of work and contributes to time saving even by 10% (by omitting a number of activities associated with the preparation of traditional gypsum mortar). Thanks to the possibility of using the whole content of a bucket, the mass is also more economic than traditionally prepared mortars
    HIGH ADHESION TO THE SUBSTRATE
    Adhesion to the surface of ŚMIG A-2 finish coat definitely exceeds the requirements of the norm
    LAYER THICKNESS UP TO 5 MM
    Thanks to the possibility of using very thin layer - thinner than 1 mm, it is possible to reduce material consumption during work. The maximum thickness of the layer applied at one time is up to 5 mm. In case of thicker layers surface cracking may appear after drying.
    DRYING TIME OF 2 HOURS
    Mortar drying time is approximately 1-2 hours for a 1 mm thick layer and approximately 24 hours for a 5 mm thick layer (at +20°C with good ventilation). The drying time may be longer or shorter depending on the temperature and humidity. Temperatures below +10°C will stop the setting reaction.
